Default VY Calais Fog Light bulb change

Does anyone know how to change the right Fog light globe, on VY11 calais, service manual says send it to the dealer, Max Ellery's not to helpful. I stuck my head under there and I don't know.

The plastic light surround removes by squeezing it pretty hard as it has tabs that go under the trim surrounding it. Then just undo one screw from the chrome bezel surrounding the fog light and it comes out easily. While it is out consider putting in HID as i did, WOW what a difference and a much whiter light too.
    Good Luck.

Thanks guys. I think it might not be that simple, it looks like the whole air intake grill on the bottom has to come off, before I can get at it.

    thanks anyway DD calias

Just had another look at it. The Chrome bezel is glued to the lower grill. it is all one.

ok maybe a series 2 calais is different to a series 1 in the front fog light area? sorry for the confusion. $30.00 is cheap but the front bumper is only held on with 7 screws so maybe do it yourself? good luck whatever you decide

My VY 2 Berlina was fitted standrad with VY 1 Calais lower bumper insert and fogs. I'll check out if I can do what you suggest over the next day or so. I suspect the VY 2 lower grille might be a one piecer.
