Yep, single muffler job is the way to go. I have Lukey in the middle and nothing at the back. I quite often get comments on how good it sounds, even for a six, and i'd have to agree. I have extractors now tho, sounds even better. :P

whats the damage (to my wallet) for a set up including extractors and a 2.5 single muffler system?

I quite simply "cut out" my rear muffler from the original system, welded 2.5" pipe that leads to tips, sounds gr8 but i think ive lost a tad of back pressure, under heavy accelerating it blurts a little b4 it kicks in

depends on what brand your after, i got quoted $1100 and that included pacemaker headers and lukey 2.5" cat-back. the advance headers and lukey headers are a cheaper option.
the cat-back by itself was roughly $300!
MInd you this is for a V6 only.
