I have a VY Acclaim with VY SS kit and 19inch wheels i want it 2 be as low as It can possibly be
i rekin u shud airbag it, if u hav the cash that is
Do a search, so many threads relating to lowering cars....
Airbags...stay away from them if you want your car to handle well.
not true from what ive read. well, true if you do it on the cheap, with cheap gear, but most of the certified kits are supposed to handle pretty good. worst thing i think is when people set them up so the air is shared between the bags on either side, so when you go around a corner, air is forced from one bag to the other, making it sketchy as.
edit: if you want your car to handle good on a track, etc. dont bother with airbags, spend more money and get the suspension done properly, which generally will have you not sitting on its guts anyway.
Forget airbags... just put it on some King Springs and be done with it. Will set you back about $400 installed.
Don't know much about airbags but wouldn't they put excessive wear on your tyres?
Hay it allready got super lows in it is their lower 1s?
adjustable coil-overs for the front and compressed SSSL Kingsprings![]()
angle grinder.
tein coilovers are best suited.

* RVN 355 *
bags of cement in the boot.
sounds bogan enough for a commodore driver...
Coil overs would be the best option in terms of performance... but airbags would get you lower and then you could raise it for bumps.
How about 4 Sumo Wrestlers!
just go the ultralows with the body and kingsprings its probably sittin on its ass anyway
If i was to get a set of king springs Would i have to change all my shocks ??
do what the homie/ hippys used to do to there low riders if there on a budjet
chuck a **** load of sand bags in the boot
MY VY SV8 HBD http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/...y-sv8-hbd.html
Has nothing to do with budget It was a question
also he said nothing about springs or airbags all he said is he wants it as low as it could be...which is no springs and no bumpstops....cant get lower than that! cant drive it either.
