May I sugest taking the intake pipe off the throttle body and inspecting where the butterfly is, they may be a build up of carbon and sticky black stuff which in turn slows the operation of the butterfly opening. Get some throttle body/ carby cleaner and shoot it at the butterfly and make sure you get in behind it and rub it with a rag, dont be affraid to give it allot of spray to get the gunk out. Also it may be caused inside the car, get some CRC and spray all the moving parts on the accelerator pedal and pump it a few times to make it all nice and smooth. Also CRC the moving parts on top of the throtlle body after youve cleaned it. See how that goes.

Mostly likely carbon build up in the throttle body. Had it on the VX. Pull the throttle body off and give it a clean.

if you use throttle body cleaner on your car cleaning the butterfly dont worry if it takes a while to crank over this is normal.
