    Default Coolant change

    Hi all
My radiator has a small leak and I bought one of those stop leaks. But, the label says to drain out all the existing coolant and fill in new one with the stop leak liquid.
Should I bleed the system after filling in the new one? if so, how do I do that?
    Suggestions appreciated.
    Thanks

You should always bleed the system after refilling. Im not sure where the bleed point is on your car, but it will be the highest point in the system, this should either be the radiator cap or I think there is a bleeding valve/screw located next to the thermostat where the top radiator hose meets the engine, have a look there. If there is a screw/valve, unscrew it while the engine is running to let the air out, also squeeze the radiator tubes to get air pockets out, when coolant starts to leak from the valve you can tighten it up again.

Those stop leak things are just a temporary bandaid. You should definitely get your cooling system pressure tested, there aren't that many compenents to it and cooling problems are generally pretty easy to fix.

Do you know where the leak's coming from and how much is it leaking?
