If you can find a good VY SS exhaust system, they pair up with some headers for a good note on the cheap and very little drone to boot.

There is a really good Exhaust threads with sound bites and setup info for plenty of good ideas.... You can find it with a quick search.

    Hey Mate

I got an exaust from METTAMS MUFFLERS in WA, for $280, with tip, thats a 2 1/2" cat back, and it sounds awesome on my car, dont know if its too do with the 5 speed manual or not though its sounds good for a V6 hehe.

I'm in Bunbury, shoot me a PM with what you are chasing. $1500 will get you a very good set up.

Check the V6 development section. There is a thread in there that is very helpful. I would go a 2.5" exhaust with a glass-pack in the center and a hotdog in the rear. Should sound very nice.
A Commodore is a passion. Anything else is just a car
