Do you have a tow bar? disconnect it, and re check ALL fuses. Some problems electrically, have occured, from the tow bar plug being connected. Usually, its the tail lights, and dash lights not working (same fuse link)
Simon
VY Tonner V6: Cruise won't activate, it enables but won't activate. Brake lights don't work, globes are fine. Any common causes?? I checked a couple of fuses, the obvious ones are OK.

Really?? hmm. Yes there's a towbar but what do you want me to disconnect?? Trailer's off and the plug's out, if that's what you mean..
Dash lights work fine, so do the taillights, only brake lights and cruise have failed.

Id check all fuses first bro. look on your fuse panel label, and find out which fuse matches your blown items.
has it had a LED brake light conversion?
after you press the cruise button you need to twist the switch up or down to enable cruise control (i think)
No, it's on the cards though as these ****ty taillights keep dropping globes.
Sure do, that's the bit that isn't working. Had the car for years, know how cruise control worksbut thanks anyway mate.
I've checked the cruise control and brake light fuses under the column there, nothing. I'll go through every fuse tomorrow.
