Dash gauges install question

Is the wiring already there when u pull off the panel for the two gauges binnacle, or will i need an auto electrician to wire it all up?

i was told it is there, but i couldn't see it, might be tucked in behind the dash, but i didn't see any in mine, others might be able to elabirate on it though.
