    Default 180,000

    Hey there all,

My VY just ticked over 180,000 Ks and she's going in for a service.
I've got the service manual and it's all pretty much the same stuff as all the other services done on her. (Oil change, check radiator junk and battery...)But i'm thinking 180,000ks is a long time, so if anyone else had ideas i could mention for the mechanics to check out when i take her in that would be awesome. i have a couple of things for them to look at but with a few ideas from you guys i'm sure i could make them earn their bux!

My mechanic told me that the power steering is a common problem with the VY's so it might be worth a look at if u wanna add it to ya list, check things like the rack, power steering lines, the pump etc.

power steering is a problem with all commodores, i would get them to go over the whole car but at the same time, any extra things you want done is gonna cost you.
