How far are you lowering it, and did they say what the parts/labor split was?

well im not doing the superlow, but im going for the standard lower i guess
    think it was something like $140 n $140 back n front..so $220 for labour i guess

pedders just quoted me 660 for heavy duty Sports Ryder package and a wheel alignment.
once this is done,do i need to buy other stuff (shorten shocks, camber kit???)

That's honestly not too bad. $140 each pair for the springs, plus, with most workshops charging close to $100/hr for labour, $200 to install springs isn't unreasonable.

As you're not going super low, you don't NEED new shocks, but shorter new shocks would definitely make a massive difference to the comfort, handling and safety.

The actual cost of front and rear shortened KYB (KYB does both front and rear shortened shocks despite what some places might tell you) is about $402.
