Plan-fog lights in acclaim-is it possible?

i realise executives and acclaims have a black piece of plastic covering what seems to be a port for a pair of fog lights or what not. its pretty clear that the front bumper seems pretty empty on the other side and may not be able to support fog lights. i was just thinkin of buying some cheap external fog lights which are small enough to fit inside the port. cut into the plastic and wheld them on within the bumper somewhere. then take it to an electrician to fix up the wiring. i dont intend on gettin an ss bar, and if anyone can redirect me to a thread if this has already been tried it would be much appreciated. could i actually pull this off or is there no chance in hell?
