VY speakers

Hey guys,

Has anyone on installed new 6" speakers in the front doors of there VY?

My question is do u need to take the whole door trim off or do the speakers cover pop off?

have to take door trim off, i replaced all speakers in my VY. not that hard, there is a "how to" in the "how to" section. i think its on a VZ but same diff.

I have, and I had to take the whole door trim off. Unfortunately, the speaker cover does not pop out.

note that if u file some of the supports away, you can squeeze a 6.5inch speaker in. Mine were done like that
