    Default new idea for centre dash gauges

    heaps around but none in three gauge;

    other items already out there:

    this is what I have so far.

    ,

    built using cardboard template, and body filler, still needs a lot of fine tuning. during my trial fit, notice the front left corner was not sitting square as the 3 guage holder had straightened the curved, used a heat gun to try shape and over cooked it. need to start base again. but it shouldn't take to much longer

    Now sporting ASR audio interior lighting and stereo mods, and MACE induction mods.
    Need your computer tuned, or dash calibrated??? Want your PS3 fixed, or wish to prevent the YLOD?

    Ten points for effort, however I dont like the look of the big mound on your dash.

    I prefer the look of the one below, which I brought on Ebay for like $50. They basically have the two gauges (no big mound behind them) and the gauges are pointed To you, not straight in front like the cheaper ones.

    the ss gauges are they out of a vz? or can you buy them for the vy? and are they easy to install? mines a vy srz1 ss, with no dual climate control, just got the normal a/c dials, been told that makes a difference.

    I think those ones look out of place, ruins the clean lines of the dash & those screw holes are dam ugly. I found this one on ebay for $90, it uses the same clips as the cover so its a straight swap. I just had to paint it myself to match the dash. The gauges are slightly angled toward the driver, just enough so you can read both gauges easily.
    Lovin the 3 gauge binnacle, cant wait to see it finished.

    I'd say put away at least $200 and you should have change left over, albeit they are not hard to wire up. make sure you get the T-piece for the oil pressure sender.
