hey guys i am getting a new set of wheels. getting the vy signatures 19inch. i have currently got 18inch and have got super lowes at the front and ultra lowes at the back. if i were to put the vy signatures will the car drop more or raise. i would think it would drop abit more as the tyre sits just inside the guard. thanks
As long as the diameter or the wheel+tyre combination is the same, it will make no difference. As in, you need a smaller profile tyre to go with your 19's as to keep overall rolling diameter of wheel the same which will keep your speedo the same.
If the 19's are a wider rim you will need a wider tyre, which means your tyre may scrub against your guards.

so if i get 235 35 19 is that orite i think ive got 235 45 18 now is 35 a bigger profile or smaller
I saw a good write up on this the other day, but can't find it now.
From memory, going from a 15in wheel, 18's dropped the ride height about 1-2mm, and 19's raised it by about the same amount.
So yes, there will be a slight difference in ride height, but it won't really be noticable

Basically, the first number (235) is the width of the tyre, then the second number (45) is (i think) the ratio of the width of the tyre to the sidewall of the tyre (or something like that) to calculate the side wall. Sorry about the dodgy explanation, but basically, if you up the width (235) you will need to reduce the sidewall ratio (45) to keep the overall diameter the same.
So in your case... I would assume the 19" rim is wider. If it isn't though, then a 235/40 19" will be just about spot on with what you have.
Find out if the 19" rim is wider then if it is, you may need a wider tyre to fit it better. Use this calculator for tyre sizes: Tire size calculator
That only happens if your rim+tyre combination diameter is different.
