Vy v6 rocker install

Hi guys just wondering I have pulled my 1.9.1 rockers out and need to put them back in but forget what torque setting they need to be at, can anyone help?

I just installed some 1.97:1 ratio rockers over the weekend and my instructions were to torque them upto 11foot/pound (on a cold engine).
If you want I can get the conversion to nm as my torque wrench has both measurements.

Shame you live in mexico, we've got similar mods. would be nice to see how our cars run against each other hehe
