sterring wheel shudder

I thought my wheel alignment was out Well probably is but not much

don't know, iv got a steering wobble, but its a warped rotor, didn't even know there was a steering wheel shudder recall, what is it they do?

another JC member said it a while ago and put up a pic of that part they put in its called a shudder bar or somethin

they made a hose too small or something. unless thats a different recall.

My steering wheel used to shudder a lot when I first purchased the car. An alignment seemed to fix it for the most part, still had some minor shudder and vibration when driving.

Seem to get it a bit now when I brake... I think thats got to do with warped pads or something?

there were 2 recalls for this from what i can gather i got the hose one but i think there was another

yeh if u take it to holden they will charge u an arm and a leg to fix it unless u got warranty. I heard one way to fix it is to get wider hoses for ur power steering, because most shudder happens at low speed when the front wheels are spining slower then the wheels r turning, and the pump struggles to turn. I was in a front end recently and i got my hoses replaced, now it only happends when the car is completly stopped and im turning the wheel
