has anyone replaced the mast and cable in one of these .the motor still works but the antenna stays up. the car sound place wants 200 hundred to replace it plus 50 for the part so if any one has replced one any advice would be appreciated.

Just did one yesterday. $135 whole thing from Holden, motor and mast etc. Not worth f***g around with 5 year old parts on my VY. Quite easy to fit - the instructions in the box are very good to follow.

$40 for the replacement mast from an auto shop (make sure you get the right series). Remove front left wheel. Remove about 6 screws, pull away the plastic cover inside the left guard. One bolt holding the the motor to the car. Instructions on the back of the mast packet and away you go. I replaced mine about 2 weeks ago in about 30 minutes.
