Smile climate controll coversion

hi all
has anyone been ballsy enough to try and convert to climate from standard a/c
i have been thinking about it but unsure how hard or how long it would take,:
any advise would be great

Run a search, there are some threads on this somewhere.
Imo it's not worth the hassle really. From what i've seen in other threads it's a pretty big job.

I spoke to holden about this. Its a massive job and they quoted $7000.
If you want climate control, sell your car and buy a model with it factory.

damn what do you have to do, change bcm and heater box, etc along with the climate control module, sounds like you have to change everything associated with the a/c system electronicly

yeah pretty much, including the plastic mould around the centre console as they said its a slightly different width.

You'd never get someone else to do something like this cause they'll just rip you off.

Give yourself a day, 2 if you have a carton of beers and it shouldn't cost you more than $200 or so.
