Variable intermittent wiper switch

Hi,

I have a VYII but the wipers only allow intermittent. I am living in Ireland and it rains here nearly all the time! I'd love to change my wiper switch to variable intermittent.

My question is whether it is a straight forward case of changing the wiper switch, or is there more involved with circuitry etc.

I thought it was possible through the mode switch to vary the speed of the intermittent wiper mode ?

Maybe if you pose the question in the VY section you may get more answers.

Hi Derek.

Yes you can adjust the interval through the mode switch, so that it speeds up as you drive faster. I just need more control that the variable intermittent gives you. Over here it rains a lot!
