VY Grille HELP PLEASE

Hi everyone, i was just wondering if the VY ss only came with the silver chev grille? can i get a gold one anywhere?

Because apprently the VZ one will not fit the VY ss.

yep your right.....its a holden Commodore not a Chev......you want a chev import one.

So sick of seeing these badges on Commodores....they do not belong there guys, I have owned Corvettes and other Chevs and they can hold the right to be badged Chev.

Until holdens are renamed by GMH or those fat arsed red neck yanks start calling the shots - we are Australian and should be really proud of our Australian Commodores.....I'd rather have a lion than a Bow-tie

If you want to true Chev import look without actually importing, get your car converted to L hand drive, speedo changed to MPH and get the proper name tags ie, pontiac G8 for the VEs or Lumina for the pre VE models. Oh and don't forget the compliance plates better get that re-stamped for Chev. Then you won't be able to tell the difference.

How true......forgot you have to convert to Left hand drive and change the front bar and Grill as well.....oh and don't forget to go out and buy a heap of bling to hang around your neck and on your fingers.....for all the chev badged Commodores owners....have you been practicing your cool walk and slang so you can be Americans, oh and don't forget to super size next time your at Maccas?????

It's quite obvious that you've been practising your whining australian speech for far too long - It's not like the commochev owners (MAY THEY BURN IN HELL ZOMG) of Australia are making YOU put the badges on your car.
I feel like getting Chev badges for the ute JUST so your blood pumps up a few more psi and pops your head off.

Keep your eyes on ebay, i've seen a few gold ones every now and then. I'm on the other side of the fence - looking for cheap silver bow tied accessories!
