Stall Converter

Hi guys, i have a VY SS with Pacemaker Extractors Ceramic Coated, Twin 2 1/2" Stainless steel Exhaust, High Flow Cats and in janurary im getting a maffless tune and otr cai. I would like to know would the car benifit from a stall converter and if so what size.

LS1s love stall. Get one in there and don't hold back. If you just go for a raise of 300rpm you may as well not do it. At least 3000rpm -3500rpm depending on what gears you go with if any

Don't forget to install a fluid cooler for the transmission..

Stock cam I wouldnt go over 3000rpm.More like 2500/2800rpm. I wouldnt waste my money on a shift kit either as this can,and should be done in the tune.
