Nine Inch into VY

I have a blown diff in my VY II S Crewman (This is common). I am looking at replacing the diff as I am sick of replacing the bearings (out of warranty). What sort of diff should I replace it with? What have other crewman owners done to fix the crap rear end? Anyones help would be appreciated.
