Rain water leak under front passenger side cubby

Hi, I have a Holden commodore VY 2003, there's a water leak when heavy rain under the cubby of the front passenger side, and the carpet starts to smell after that ....have you got any idea what causing this


yah I figured it out....the water is leaking from the windscreen rubber....there's a short length of rubber loose and the water is draining thru it thru the A-bar to the inside of the passenger side under cubby....how can I seal this wind screen rubber myself? is it a big job?
