Help with mods

hey guys im looking at doing some mods to my 03 vy commodore ute but am unsure of what to get done and in what order i should do them. obviously exhaust,extractors, needs lowering bad, air filter. im looking at giving it a real kick that it needs and want a beast, but with no turbo or such. so any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated cheers guys.
Mods current,
-18s mags
-full cadence sound system incudes: 6.5 splits, amp run splits, 10 inch sub, mono amp, pioneer deck,tweeters in dash.

no budget really i can always save. but i dont wanna go over the top. but i do wanna make this a beast like i said:P

is it a 6 or an 8?

if an 8, intake, exhaust, cam, OTR, mafless tune,

if a 6, intake, exhaust, YT high ratio rockers (1.9 ratio).

not too big on the exhaust (single 2.5 for a 6 and twin for an 8)

its a 6. are extractors worth the hype that they get or would i be wasting my money? and what order should i look at gettin these mods done? as i will be saving and getting each at a time, when i get the exhaust done ill be getting extractors done at same time if their worth it. will they really add that extra kick and power i want.

they will give you a boost but if you realy want to notice the power it will come even better when you combine mods
my guess is:
flash tuner
YT high ratio roller rockers 9:1(dont get these if you want to put in a cam)
depends on how far you want to go but a cam would give u a bit

Exhaust (won't say which size or i'll get battered..)

K&N filters are overrated - mine did nothing at all
