Water leak right rear door

Sorry if this has been asked before but I looked at the sticky and did a few searches and found mention of water leaks but no real cures.

I have a 2004 VYII wagon (Adventra) and late last year it started leaking water in the back right hand passenger footwell. After a few weeks of playing around finally taking all the seats, carpet and interior trim I found where the water is getting into the foot well. It's coming through the rubber door seal mid way between the centre pillar and the rear opening of the back door.

I have replaced all the seals around the door opening however I'm still getting water coming in at the same place.

is there any other adjustments to the door or window frame I can do to try and make it seal better - or am I missing a seal some where which is letting in the water.
