gday all the belt tensioner has shat itself on my car and I was just wondering how much work it is to fix and how much it would cost to replace?

i got mine fixed under warranty at about 80000kms when mine was getting noisy. to be able to get at mine holden had to take out my radiator and in the end cost the warranty company $600+ NZ for all the parts and labour. I was told by the mechanic that the tentioner is not any easy thing to fix due to what it does and being spring loaded with a fairly heafty spring.
