    Default More Low End Power

    Hey!

    Just curious, What mods would give me better low end power and mid end power, Im not to fused about going fast, But Taking off and overtaking is more what im looking for.

    If anyone could point me in the right direction, Would be great.

    Our cold air intake manifold insulators will help do the trick as shown in the links below. Cost is $130 and $180 for the 12mm and 25mm items respectively. The 12mm item bumps up low end torque by around 10% while the 25mm item brings it up to around 13% and over a broader range.

    I was looking at the 25mm spacers a while back. Let me know if there is a noticeable performance increase.

    Yep as said above grab some Manifold insulators/Plenum Spacers from Mace.
    I just did a second hole mod to my airbox and modifyed my stock otr pipe

    And noticed a slight difference so well worth a go for a minimal cost.

    I was very surprised as to how much happier my ute is to take off with the spacers. Should be interesting to see how they go with the charger back on.

    The spacers make the intake runners slightly longer, this increases bottom end torque, that is why they work.
