Heres some photos of my car, first photo was stock
others have the new wheels on there,

and also going to post other photos as car proceeds along

Future installments:
SS front guard w/flutes
HSV leather interior ( dark blue with hsv stitching custom )
Updating exhaust ( happening in 2 weeks *thumbs up * )
Pacemaker headers - High flow cats + ( undecided - straight through s/steel exhaust OR s/steel exhaust with resonator )

new dash interior silver and dark blue
updating to larger rotors with performance pads and calipers.
also updating cams to performance cams, ( still looking into this )

Adding new bodykit ( vz clubsport kit without spoiler )
Adding pedders kingsprings lowering car ( but not super low as i don't really like to low )

and after all that im buying a vortec supercharger kit / intercooled.

I agree bugger off the clear tailights u got on & get the VZ SS tailights.

Do a search on ebay, i always see a pair!! but they go for around $355 4 the pair

Yeah ended up getting some just waitin for em to show up ;P
I want to smoke them but not to dark.
I seen a lumina not so long ago similar colour to the impulse blue just a tad darker and they had well pretty much black lights but you could still see some of the light and it looked awesome on the blue car.

Got the new tail lights put on today i just finished here some pics of before and after below.
I got the ss tailights.

haha plus the nob head who got them on the car before i got the car must of installed the vy lights because it had a vy loom yeh that annoyed me a bit

so i had to go back into town get the new loom anywho!

Yeah those lights will only work on a VY unless u get the VY loom, which is wat has happened, stupid doing that if u ask me I agree Nob!

Im getting the new boot lid soon to.
without the spoiler as i dont want the holes in the one ive got.
you can get the vz executive from holden direct.
there a bit pricey they are $699 brand new

thought id add the price as ive noticed a few people lookin for some without the spoiler.

and then adding the hsv clubsport garnish, removing the chev badge and also putting the holden grill badge back on the front.
i do like the chev badges but i want to turn the car into a more original look with a few spicy extras

i may be wrong but arnt they vy ss lights, just thinkin they shuda fit the loom on the clear lights, vz ss tail lights are very similar to the sv6 ones, only noticeable difference having a darker tint.

its still got the holes in this one, im waitig in the new one from holden spares

should leave the hsv kit and go straight to the supercharger, already looks wiked

How did you go about putting third brake light in window? I have a VY SV8 that I want to remove the spoiler from, but the section in the window is all blacked out. :-(

I was thinking of pulling my spoiler off but i didnt realise that u needed another brake light? i thought you only needed the 2?
