-auto shifter and handbrake satin crome,
-hope to get leather wheel next week

    contemplating-
    -Calais tailights
-whiten out that little strip on rear bumper

Finally got it lowered, Went to tech9 tyres in perth, they sorted me out with SSL kings front and rear
had to get guards rolled, my wheels just managed to fit under guards, was pretty stoked cus a few places said I wouldnt be able to do it.
What are peoples opinions on mud guards? They bottom out alot, and I dont really do much gravel roading...

    Anyway here are some pics

Need to get around to painting the facia for the HU, didnt have time when installing it, not sure weather or not to paint it the same as rest, or to repaint the rest of the dash a different colour to?

Hey mate, not sure wat % it is sorry mate I bought it tinted it's pretty dark but.
Yeh I kinda wanna do something with that, it looks like it can just clip off, I was thinking of painting it white but I might look into getting the Calais reflectors and what they might look like.

I've had a look at your ride a few times, looks good man... How long has your dash been dyed for now? It looks trick

yeah i think it'll look good since your getting calais lights, have a full calais back end haha

umm its been dyed probably about a week now, maybe 2? i rushed it to be honest and it still came up pretty good.... there are a few spots where if your fussy they will annoy you but i dont care... for now haha. thats also because i give it an extra coat and let it bake in the sun probably but im happy with it

Nice stance and good to see you took those mudflaps off. I believe the clear Calais taillights dont have a reflector in them which is why they are in the bumper strip. You could get away with it probably but it would be good to look into the reflectors.

Yeah the internets has helped me pick up a few things well alot of stuff so far for my car. Wreckers could also be worth a shot. Im sure there would be some VY's starting to be more common in yards these days. Especially considering the hail storm. If your lucky that could have landed some really good parts cars. Holden dealers sometimes need things explained thoroughly for them to pick the right part up but its usually worth it. Good luck with the hunt.

Thanks for help guys, I found a Chrome plate surround on ebay for 250...and holden claim that the calais reflectors wont fit mine...might messure it up against on next time I see one cus it looks like it will just clip in.

And yeh internet is awwsome haha so cheap and easy!

I think you should be fine with the reflectors as you already have the black bit on there. Which means that there will be small holes in behind in that part of the bumper for it to clip in to. But you may need to buy the entire reflector stip as it look different to the smooth version currently there. However I have heard that in models without the bumper strip you can just break off the clips and araldite the part in there. Which because my car is a VY and I want the VZ Calais lights with the black section on the bottom fo them is more than likely what Ill end up having to do.

Bought it lowered with 20s and really dark tint. Usual things to the motor and supercharger so far. Also have some things being painted and should be on the car next weekend. I will get a thread started soon lol.

Nice touches you have added, subtle but still enough to stand out.
