Thumbs up Jeff's 2004 VZ Acclaim

Hey all, been a member of this site for a little bit now, making slow progress on the car and have finally gotten around to posting a my ride thread. Nice upgrade from the parent’s 30th Anniversary Ea Falcon. So technically my first car. Hope you enjoyed looking at the car, because I’m certainly enjoying driving it haha

    Jeff’s 2004 VZ Acclaim

Engine: Alloytec 175 – standard all ‘round except stated otherwise
    Colour: Phantom Mica
    Cost: $10.5K at Auctions - August 2009
    K’s on purchase: 127130
    K’s now: 141xxx
Wheels: Had VX S wheels, now on 20" Zenetti Legend's
    Tyres: Unknown haha

    Stuff done
[*]Rear mufflers have been removed according to people who listen to my car
    [*]Tinted windows (bought with it)
    [*]Tinted taillights
[*]Tinted headlight covers (only comes out for cruises)
[*]Had VX S wheels powder coated gloss black
[*]De-badged minus the lions, which are painted black
[*]Painted interior plastics – black, metallic blue and that shoddy VHT plate finish
[*]Painted engine covers and radiator shroud - black and metallic blue
    [*]Assorted stickers haha
    [*]Exhaust tip – twin
[*]Rear Shocks: Pedders Gas Sports Riders
    [*]Lukeys air filter
    [*]Phillips Diamond Vision headlight globes
    [*]Paint front grille black
[*] Black 20" wheels with 3" chrome lip < Zenetti Legends

    Stuff to do

[]Lower it properly :P maybe fe2 springs sometime soon
[]Repaint engine covers and radiator shroud
    []Put in a lower grille
[In progress]Maybe paint intake manifold - Sanding down and polishing instead
[]Maybe tint the indicators...it’d make sense. sort of haha
    [x]Black Chev badges! Haha jokes

Wish list/stuff would like to do, but can’t afford it/can’t be bothered/ wouldn’t waste my time etc.
(Won’t be on green P’s forever! Haha)
(VZ Calais is the dream, in black naturally haha)
[*]SS headlight mod or buy actual VZ SS headlights
    [*]Black roof conversion
[*]Personalised plates, black with white text
    [*]Black chrome tail lights
    [*]Replace pedals

    Thanks and shout outs to

[*]To everyone who made this possible, helped my car in anyway and made or tagged along on the great cruises etc. You know who you are but the list would go on haha
[*] Shout out for Gavin aka B£å¢kÐðg for the wheels and springs

Prepare for lots of pictures haha. Most of the interior shots couldn’t make it. (They are in the link below)
So here is a link to my photobucket album, which features all the pics of car, in cruises, new wheel pics etc.> My Car pictures by Jeffery_Robertson - Photobucket

Haha thanks. the sticker is a play on the "every K over is a killer" slogan that was spread around in the media etc. plus that and my bad sense of humour. I saw it on a ute, thought it was hilarious so i did it. and you'd be surprised how often i get tailgated (doing the speed limit mind you) because I'm stereotyped as a hoon.
