Just installed a new head unit as the stock one was rooted, got an Alpine CDE-125EBT. Very happy with it.

Havent done much to it recently. Car hasnt been driven for 3 weeks due to being in Melbourne for work/holiday. But its been booked in for tint next week.

Car got tinted today. 20% all round. Just one pic currently as my car is extremely dirty atm. Ill get more when I get a chance to clean it.

Also thinking of getting a second set of standard wheels and powder coating them black.

Was bored so I photoshopped my car to how I want it to look by the end of the year.

Lowered on 20" Zenetti Rogue's that are matt black with chrome lip.

Haha dodgy chop :P. They look good though man, up to you if you want Chrome lip over Machined though. So much easier to keep my machined cleaner.


It's going to be alot higher with 20's too. What I do recommend if you're going lower, get 225/30R20 not 225/35 because 35's don't leave enough room and cause a bit of rubbing on front if you go over a bump turning etc. I'm running Super low front and Ultra's rear. Rear is fine without people but front if i try take a fast turn infront of traffic you hear it hit the tyre lol. So take it easy or go smaller tyre profile!

nice VZ mate... Loved my VZSS when i had her as well I noticed you had normal a/c when i was looking at your head unit, i thought VZ SS's had climate control ( my old one did )

Good to meet you too mate. Same here. Typical though all afternoon headache after headache.

Firstly went to undo the wheel nuts, and they were on so tight i couldnt undo them. Struggled for ages, went and bought a bigger wheel brace and within 5 minutes it snapped. Returned it and got something different. Still couldnt get them off, so I ended up going down to the local bob jane and they loosened them for me. Jack the car up, take the wheels, lower it onto the axel stands thinking everything is going smoothly.....wrong! The bolt on the bottom of the rear shock absorbers wont undo, after struggling for a while I cracked the shits and packed up. FML!!!!
