So this is my girl
Near standard 6 speed manual vy ss sedan
All mods I make including sounds will be going to appear factory.
So far I've given it a service, installed radar detector hardwire kit and replaced the neuton tyres with potenzas.
My plans are as follows
- install sub off factory head deck
- install processor off factory unit, with active 2 way fronts, rears and sub.
- looking at headers in the near future
- get the wheels fixed and repainted (silver)
- ebc pads and disks
- probably a nose cone respray to fix the stone chips

Dynamatted both skins of the front doors. Heaps of mid bass off factory speakers running off factory headdeck.
I love how the door looms unplug. Makes running new wires through for when I put the amped speakers in alot easier
Nice one mate. Whats the details of the stereo?

Cheers mate the difference is amazing
At this point in time standard speakers and headdeck with id12 running sealed off 600wrms alpine monoblock.
Soon when I get an h800 or bitone I'll be running active 2 way components up the front. Yet to decide what I'll buy though.
only small updates:
- bought new alternator and ps pump (probably seen in other threads)
- 2 new re002 potenzzas
- couple of oil changes, new coolant, new plugs and ht leads etc etc
but ive decided that i cant be bothered with hardout audio anymore new plan:
- finish building 1.5cube ported box for my id12
- tidy up amp install
- at a later date amp some components off the factory headunit
my question is has anyone found a 'nice' place to mount their amp out of sight in the boot? at the moement im thinking either up against the back seats or under the parcel tray. I do not want it under the front seats!
cheers for the help guys.
will post pics of box when its done
spend the money and at least buy splits for the front doors. you'll appreciate it
suggestion - a 2nd lvl in your boot so all your wires amp etc... are enclosed, also install 12v fans to keep it cool, especially in summer.
mount amp on base of 2nd lvl and use hinges, so you can access your spare tyre, will also let you still use your boot.
