I thought I would share a couple of photos of my old Monaro, since traded on a 04 VZ HSV Clubsport R8

Was pretty stock other than:
K&N Filter, and MSD Leads.
Car PC Project with touch screen etc.

Decided to sell it to get some rear doors to make it easier with the child seat, and free up some money.

Regret the decision to get rid of her, but everyones an expert in hindsight.

Opus Vechicle PC case - Modified to fit my components - 12V Power supply. Starts with car etc.

ITX Motherboard

Dual shock mounted notebook 2.5" drives

HQCT USB controlled FM Radio for Car PC's. (Provides FM Radio)

CAR2PC adapter to allow tracks to be changed on PC from Pioneer HeadUnit, and input audio from PC to the car stereo Aux input.
Steering wheel remote adapters for Pioneer to factory steering wheel controls

GPS adapter and Bluetooth.
Microphones for PC based hands-free implemented in parrallel with Nokia hands free kit.

Running stripped down XP, customised bootup logos etc
Roadrunner Front End Software with own custom skins.
Destinator GPS software.

I only have a few photos of the install, and none of it complete. We tore it all out when I sold the car, and sold it to a friend to use on his boat. He never got around to it, so he may want to sell it.

Took me a while to find a series 2 Auto, in Black with Red leather, and at the right price. Still hurts having to get rid of it. Lovely cars.

My dad has the same car 2005 CV8 5.7lt 6speed, Black with Black leather interior. Gararged since new 24,000kms should be worth a pretty penny a few years down the track.

No it's a 2003 Series 2. Thats where the 503 on the number plate comes from, May 03. Didn't want the fuel tank in the boot, so I could put subs . Really miss that car. Hopefully I can get another one down the track. Your fathers one sounds mint.
