looks nice mate, post some pics of your bag setup
Loving the bags mate, should be getting mine done in about 3 weeks. They drop in bags or bolt ins?
Bags look the goods man!
Really wish i looked a bit harder now and picked up a Calais instead of my acclaim!
How much did the airbags set you back ?
hey yea i will be sure to get up some more pics soon
sorry and yea bags are bolt in, i sourced all the bag parts from different US sellers and installed them myself
I'm doing a rear kit on mine in the next couple of weeks. Hope mine looks as low as urs![]()
Here are some more photos, i went a bit snap happy
with my bag setup as you will see i went for practicality where the compressors and tank take up as least space in my boot as possible..
This is a Pannel i made up to muffle some of the compressor sound
when the middle seat is down and neaten things up a little
Custom made "Keeny" sticker i had made today
All the green LED lighting

if you do the bag kit properly, bolt in bags not drop in it will be as low. my limiting factor is my factory shocks, with bags deflated completely the shocks are fully compressed and stop the car from dropping any further, i could go shortened shocks and get another 20-30mm drop but at the moment i can drop it and still drive without scraping too much, although i have welded a 400mm length of 6mm thick by 30mm wide bars on the lowest part of my exhaust to put on a good spark show from behind, expecially at night. :P lol

agreed on both accounts.
driving aired out will pinch a bag, doesnt matter how fast you go.
The common term around my area is Bagged out, but Aired out, Dumped, Dropped, Baggin it out all mean the same thing, Air spring with air completely deflated. front bags are coming, just trying to find the best value for money without comprimising performance with relaibility, they also cost alot more $$ as the entire front strut assembly has to be replaced as you would know..
pinching a bag i must say id have to dissagree, as i said i only have standard rear shocks so they limit the drop, the bags have about another 20-30mm free play before either end plate is hard up against one another.
always loved vyII and Vz calais, my friend had one just a bit higher than yours but on springs
anymore updates mate?
