Haha yeah pics make it look so much more shiny than it is, lots of swirls, might get it completely professionaly detailed.

i think they'd suit your car even more if it was de-spoilered or replaced with a bobtail spoiler

looks good man, if you put vz calais tail lights on you have to cut into your bumper to make them fit. the executive, berlina, calais and hsv are bigger than the sv6 and ss tail lights, just for the heads up

Haha yeah love the plates. guy had some company plates on it, and when he went to sell it he got stock plates put on and lucky enough they almost say blow ya
could be taken in an 18+ context lol but I like to think of it as blow ya away lol

not sure how much you would need to cut. the vz executive, berlina, calais, hsv have the bigger tail lights where as the vz sv6 and ss have the smaller tail lights. idk you'd probs have to cut like 15-25mm out to make them fit, not 100% sure how much to cut tho

thanks man, best thing is that it doesnt scrap too much either, only scraped once since i lowered it (and it's a daily driver, goes everywhere lol), and that one time it did, it ripped off an exhaust rubber LOL

still no job, still no updates

but have had a couple problems

the other day stopped at the lights, the car shuddered, head unit turned off, i looked at the head unit thinking "what just happened"
car started beeping some error message, but by the time i looked at the dash, it stopped and started idleing normally.
the day after when i started the car, the headunit was completly off, turned it on, all radio station presets were deleted and time reset
then for a couple days no problems, then yesterday started the car, the choke didnt come on and revs dropped and turned off, tryed to start it again and was all good

tonight had a cop try defect me, didnt have the normaly height measure so used his breathalizer tube, didnt hit on the sideskirt
he got on the ground and started saying that the exhaust would probably be too low, and in his exact words "mate, if it had hit the sideskirt, i'd have ####en defected ya"
but he let me off, pointed at the cold air intake, tryed to see if my battery was loose, then left me alone

and as they left, the car didnt start first try again, im guessing starter motor or alternator? anyone have any oppinions on what it could be?
taking it to see whats wrong some time this week when i get time

yeah tell me about it, not much you can really do though, as long as he wasn't writing out a defect or fine, i kept my mouth shut lol

this week or next week, wheels are getting painted, strut tops being replaced, and look into straightening up the exhaust

So if the copper was a massive tosser for letting him off what would you call him if he had of defected him.
It sounds more like he was giving a friendly warning that the next time or the next copper may not be so lenient.
We might not like some of the things they do but like most of us they have a job to do.

Anyone got C.A.P.A cat-back twin 2.5" exhaust on their car?
looking to get a new catback because long story short, mine broke lol
depending on money might go full exhaust

options right now are catback, and diff gears, then save for cam and the rest of the exhaust
or full exhaust now, few months get the diff gears, then start saving from scratch for a cam

way i look at it is, i dont think i'll be feeling much difference with full exhaust, but i will feel a difference with the diff gears, and that way i can be more satisfied with the car while saving for the cam
or am i wrong? would the full exhaust be a noticable difference in how the car feels to drive?

thanks man, was looking specifically for a black or white one, but wanted white because scratched and dents dont show as easy

haha yeah, but i wouldnt want my car anywhere near his in a picture till it's got some even half respectable motor work done :P
