2005 Storm S Ute Turismo Blue

Hey

I just bought a 2005 Storm S Ute in Turismo Blue and its a 6 speed manual with 90000 on the clock.

Current mods
- 20 inch VE GTS rims gloss black
- King SSL springs (i think they are called)
- Debadged apart from the front and rear lions
- Clarion DVD head unit
- 10 inch sub behind passenger seat
- 400 wat amp (for sub)
- Massive 2 channel amp (for 2 speakers came with the car not sure about it)
- 2 big speakers in the doors ( not sure about them came with the car but they arnt stock)
- Plastic tray liner
- Electric sun roof
- 8000 HID head lights
- Hard Cover
- 20% tint

Future mods
- Better exhaust and extractors
- Better cold air intake kit
- Phreddy's dash lighting (ive heard about it need to do more research about it)
- Neons in car
- Paint calipers turismo blue
- Paint hubs gloss black
- Paint lion badges gloss black
- Air bag suspension
- Retrim leather seats in turismo blue
- Paint Silver plastic guards over the engine turismo blue
- Paint air filter turismo blue
- Reverse a subwoffer between the to seats
- Getting the 2 flared vents and indicators cut into the guards
- Binnacle gauges on the dash
- VZ SS sports pedals

They get bigger when you click on them. Good work on getting rid of those wheels, they're horrible. The black GTS' look heaps better.

Yeah +1 to the picks of interior, keen on seeing the sound system, sounds good, glad you took the old rims off an replaced them, wouldnt have suited it

Nice Ute mate, looks pretty sweet hey. Rims suit it well, better than the Chromie's IMO.

To me it's not so much what's wrong with them; Some cars it really suits them. I just prefer a different look.

I've had Chromie's on other car's I've had, just prefer factory wheels at the moment

Im thinking of getting my stock 17's sprayed black just for a different look

i want to get my calipers and hubs painted and the silver plastic covers on the engine dose any one know where i can get that high temperature paint in turismo blue and gloss black? or is it worth getting a paint shop to do it?

im after some thing like this




any feed back or tips would be great if some one else has done this i just found these images on google images

for the hubs you can get engine enamel, its high temp, they told me it was good enough for the hubs, with caliper paint you will need to go to a paint shop as super cheap dont have turismo blue in there colour range, an im not 100% sure about this, but engine enamel should be high enough for the engine parts you want to spray

sweet im gonna have to do some hunting around for a paint shop to mix me some turismo blue caliper paint
nah i think its just different tips
nah it dosent its sucks i wanna reverse a sub between the to seats coz i hate how you lose leg room coz of the stupid box

any one know how much bhp the v6 alloy tech has?
