Sold the vt and upgraded to this

2005 Black vz sv6, 6 speed manual, 75,000kms
Standard lsd, Standard sound, Standard exhaust. 20 inch advanti tourerss, altezza black tail lights (actually look good imo)
Future mods 3.89 lsd diff gears, twin 2 1/4 inch catback?(whats the best sound you can get from an alloytech?), twin kickers and dvd touch screen, r8 vz clubsport interior, purple interior lights, ss headlights, tinted windows, debadge and black out the holden lion.
hail damage on christmas means a full respray and pretty much every panel replaced ) pretty keen on the ve commodore morpheus purple and would swap my current rims for some 20 inch gts BLACK rims. few pictures below cheers

LOL i was just thinking the same thing to myself but wasn't going to mention, 'dumped' would have to be close to the rim line all and all a great nice car though mate!

Crusie in my ute didnt work, i thought it had something to do with the stalk, didnt get it fixed before i sold it, didnt have a trac button so couldnt tell you that haha, maybe some new picks to see it dumped?

update.. got the go ahead from the insurance company so down to the panel shop tmrw.. looking at changing the colour to morpheus purple. hsv boot number plate, and ss style flutes/indicators. a photoshop of this could be sweet

on holidays so decided to install my own kicker amp and duel 12" sub and jvc double din head unit. WHAT A PAIN THAT WAS
painted the dash and speedo surround black, used 4 coats of touch up paint from bunnings and 3 clear, cut nd polished it and it came up great!
also put satin 6 speed knob on and leather boot.
heres a few pics (sorry I haven't taken exterior pics but its filthy.. I will when its clean

how good are you with electrics? You will need to wire a load resistor on the brake light circuit (most auto accesory shops that sell led light should have these) this should fix your cruise and possibly trac control issues

got the car back yesterday and loving the neww colourr!
would the ultra low springs out of my vt fit in this? any scrubbing issues?
when work picks up and money starts coming in leather interior, exhaust, dif gears, hsv steering wheel, tinted windows, sunroof will be on the way!

The springs from your VT will fit. Nice colour choice mate, although I'm not a fan of the Tourers.

I think the mags look great. keep them. don't paint the calipers. go black if any thing. the standard ones are to small to show off lol

Do what you like mate, if you like the Tourers keep them.
Red always looks good on calipers IMO.

yeah im not sure if to paint them black and continue with an all black theme (badges, wheels, tint) or paint them silver and do chrome all over (calais window surroundings, chrome door handles haha
