Troys old 2005 VZ S Ute. Calais front, SS sides

Ok, I know I already have a thread for my Ute but there is too much chat in there so I am starting a new one.

This is my '05 S Ute. When i can be bothered ill put more details in... so read the specs for more details.

Current mods/extras:
Holden factory mats
Red highlighted engine covers
Debadged
20% window tint
Factory SS strut brace
SS/Calais spec headlights
Calais front bumper
Calais lower grill insert
Calais driving lights
Calais chrome bonnet mould
SS front gaurds and flutes
Lowered on Lovells SuperLows
18 x 8 Advanti Vivid wheels
Depo Black LED tail lights

Future mods:
DBA Slotted Brakes

Anyway, here is some pics. All pics were taken before the windows were tinted

You have reccomended better wheels than those to other members! But hey, that is one hot ute. I'm a big fan of the speed camera pic too. Thats awesome. Actually, I think the rims look pretty ok on it. As long as you like them, right?

yea i know, i got them at the right price so i figured i would get them. im pretty happt with them

Looking good Troy !!!... IMO it needs different taillights or get those on it tinted to spice the back up !

erg, no way. ive never seen any decent aftermarket tail lights for late models utes. maybe the pics dont do them justice... but they look good

finger licking good troy, are the ss/calais/clubsport rear lights darker for the utes as they are for sedans eg SV6 rear lights are a lot redder, ss ones darker?

Anways, thats a nice lookin ute mate, nice ride hieght as well. Any plans for a hard cover for the tray like a thunder top?

I thought the VY series 2 tail lights were the same as the VZ ones?????

She's looking good btw....... have thought of lowering mine, but I tend to take it off road every now and again as well as carrying a few heavy loads...... as mentioned any plans for a hardtop? they set utes off that bit better IMHO.

yea im gunna get a hard top for it as soon as i have the funds.

not sure about the rear lights... i think all the utes have the same

troy the rides looking tops man, looks nice as lowered and the rims u picked are cool too man. Dont worry bout there being dirt on there, its a ute, its not a ute without dirt and dust on it

yeh troy would appreciate part number for grill piece i have just purchased thunder ss ute and it has a gaping hole where nunber plate goes grill would fit hole nicely. is it a holden part?????
