ok heres some info of my ride, the car is now getting stripped, rebuilt, with a 6.0 litre stroker, twin turbo setup going to run on 20psi boost. Baiscally this might keep me happy for a while with 1000hp at the rears.

my combo i have at the moment, well been running for a while is,

Forged Ls1
blower camshaft (custom grind)
cylinder head work
roller rockers, stainless valves, titanium valve train etc....
balanced.
vortec supercharger t-trim on 12 for the street and 16psi for some fun.
intercooled (880x280)
gilmer driven, blow of valves,
60lb injectors, custom fuel rails,
surge tank, 3 fuel pumps,
adjustable fuel regulator,
dual supply fuel lines to engine
stall, and highly modified a4 (4l60e)
1 7/8 pacemaker extractors hpc coated,
twin 3 inch exhaust with 4 spiral mufflers,
and 2 magnaflow mufflers.
3.9's, lowered, kyb shocks, lovell springs,
nolathane bushes, vz guards, chev grill, badging etc...
autometer guages through car, 3 bar tune efilive.
and on 20's for show, normal 18's for the street, as rubber dont last long.
other bits include, fuel pressure warning system, coolant and pcv catch cans, power steer cooler, 2x transission coolers, engine oil cooler, modified air con system to fit huge intercooler, and all the other coolers.

thats about it, new build coming shortly, once some parts get sold.....

over 400+rwkw in a auto on low boost, will put car on hub type dyno, for the most accurate reading before car gets stripped.

The car is very clean mate, hope those photoshops helped with rim selection, although the sleeper look is good when you dont have sensors sticking out the exhaust and laptops on the seat. Nice job mate

I try not to drive it in the wet.......but yeah no worries nothing over 1/4 throttle or no boost applications.....the mrs took 6 months before she' put her foot down half way, the car hardly ever sees full throttle unless over 100km/h and even then u have to back the throttle off.

i cant wait to go the stroker twin turbo, if i cant sell this engine ill twin turbo this one for a while......as this engine is built for 22-25psi boost, this engine will easy do 800rwhp,from a stock cubed ls1...

all the work is done by myself, as i cant trust any one else......besides a few mates and a few bottles of alcohol, the work slowly gets done.....

the sensor out the tail pipe that night was for fuel economy, my latest figures are 600kms and yet to test but aiming for 800kms open road highway, with 3.9's......so who said u cant have plenty of power and great fuel economy.......test was carried out with a few boosted applications, full warm up idling, and general driving....

My plans are 19's for street.. Why not stick to 20" for the street also? On a VY SS especially

when u have a heavy right foot, leaving smoke shows over 100km/h tyres dont last long, even at the best of times.....19's are cheaper than 20's...

and i can keep changing the look of the car when i want to.......
