Jumped on these forums a few months ago when I got my VY SeriesII and since have done a few things to her:

Wheels/Tyres: 17" AMG Quake DSK with 235/45 Bob Jane XenonZ1
Interior: SS/HSV Satin Silver Shifter Cover, SS/HSV Satin Silver Handbrake Cover, SS/HSV Satin Metal Door Handles, Monaro Brushed Metal Racing Pedals, VY Series II Floor Mats (Front, Rear)
Exterior: Chrome Front Grille Inserts, Personalized Number Plates with HSV Plate Frames (Slimline Front, Regular Back)
Stereo: Factory Stock

Future Mods: Pod Filter and/or CAI, Exhaust, Lowered, Leather Steering Wheel, Stereo and so on. Would love to do blue LED's throughout the dash to match the car but unsure on the price (may look into it down the track).

Ride height has gone up a touch when I got my new Wheels/Tyres put on last week, but will prolly be next on the list to drop her a few. Considered throwing 18's on but once she is lowered should still fill out the guards nicely and keep ride comfort

love the mags... how much for the rims and rubber ?

Got the Rims and Rubber for $1500 flat. Budget tyre package was $1360 but went for the Xenon Z1's for a bit of a decent tyre. Really chunky with great treads and large water dispersion channels.
