Hello,
I am new to "Just Commodores" and thort that i will share my ride.

Some specs on the car

- 2003 VY Calais
- White in colour
- 3.8L Ecotec
- Power Everything
- Velour Trim

Things i have done to the car

- 20 Grade 3M Carbon Silver Tint
- K&N Panel Filter
- Rear Muffler Removed (slightly increase of power and gives you that growl)
- Alpine CDA-9857 CD/MP3/WMA Ipod
- Clarion 600w mono Amp
- 2X Clarion 600w Subwoofers
- 19" Speedy Adrenaline Rims

Future of the car

- Upgrade on sound system
- Bigger Brakes
- Sell it or give it more power

I got one of my local exhaust shops to do it cost me $50 to do it, they say that it is legal and i have been pulled over many of times and not a problems with the cops.

Sorry to open up an old threadage but I have done the same with my VT calais
deleted rear muffler straight thru from diff back with flanges 2.25inch.
It cost me $100 at the local exhaust shop, you got a sweet deal mate!

Only because i know them, Ive had a couple of people come up to me and saying " Is that a V8" and i was like i wish! this may be a plan for the future if i don`t sell the car which i am just about to do.

Here are some updated Pics Also i have put my Rockford Fosgate DVD Player in (Rare) and my PS3 i did this cause I was bored one day and i thort why not, also i have replaced my 2 sub woofers With a Single Kicker Sub.

Well not really the Rockford Fosgate (RAVDVD2) was about $1200, Sub $60.00 (good old cash converters) the amp about $200 ish and the pioneer front & Back about $180 ish and to my surprise it punches out some wicked bass epically when you are watching transformers. ho yeah the center speaker (Rockford Fosgate) was free!!. The PS3 Does not really live in the car you have to be bonkers to leave that in the car that is just asking for someone to break into you car!! don't want that to happen when i am just about to sell the car!

hey been busy for the last couple of days this is what i have done!!

i am still waiting for the engine covers and rocket covers to dry hopefully they should be ready for 2morrow!

how much of an assue was it to carpet your bootlid? I wouldnt mind covering up all my ugly sound deadning
