Mines got a faint chatter but u can barely hear it. Finally got a catback exhaust on saturday. Redback single 2.5in from CHE with SS Double D tips (yes Double D). Sounds great, no drone wat so eva & nice burble at idle.

Nice power mate!!! It will make even more power once you get some extractors put on. Do you have any other engine mods other then the 2 hole mod and catback?

Cool, good to hear you are happy with the tune. My car only made 145rwkw due to it putting out low power to start with The car is much better down low and in the midrange hey

Yeah sure, throttle response is so much better now, also makes a nice burbling noise when coasting in 3rd or 4th but damn it sounds nice. Ive gotta set a Kings superlows hopefully going in this weekend.

Looks the goods mate. just a tip though you dont need a camber kit the vz has adjustable camber so if you just take it for a wheel alignment theyll be able to sort it out

Oh ok, Cause i went to get a alignment bout 10 days ago & said that he couldn't adjust it anymore!
Is it possible to adjust the rear camber yourself without using the kit?

I'd get those stockies off there unless you wanna get hastled by the cops 24/7, as uniacidz said...burnout spec..and cops know it, might want to be careful because they"ll probly go over ur car pretty thoroughly if they pull you over

Had a squiz in the service manual, & camber is none adjustable going by Holden.
Was a pain in the Arse trying to get the camber bolts in one got one done.

yea your right. It isnt adjustable i think it was just better set up than the vt-vx so its not as bad as it could be. should definatly put the same wheels on though

really sweet ride man loving it...

question with stereo.. is the phredddy mod for output worth it/as good as new headunit? im not buying headunit because they look shit haha.

and theres a output thing for $20 at audio places (they seem shit).

    phreddy mod vs $20 crap?

New head unit in the end is the best option, plus they have good facia kits now days they fill in nicely and make it look alot better. I originally had the same view as you and wanted to keep the stock headunit but it ended up munching a CD of mine and not working. Glad I ended up upgrading though makes a huge difference.

Definitely worth it, im happy with the sound it produces anyway. Unless you wanna spend the extra dow on a new HU.

    Update:
Car is now drivable again, thanx to a rear wheel alignment which got done this morning, rear camber & toe had to be finalised.
Also have now fitted VY/VZ calais black velour map pockets + black velour glovebox.
Fuse box cover will be arriving next week then side console trims. Should look smick after all fitted.
