My Vy Sv8
Hey guys,
Had it for a little while now and thought i would post some pics of my VY SV8.
Its a 6sp with a factory sunroof and bought it stock as. havent done a lot to it yet, Twin 2.5in exhaust with no resi so i got a note now, two hole airbox mod (if you can call it a mod!) hi flow filter, MAFLESS tune, and replaced all the speakers with pioneer units and added a pair of amped 6x9's and a couple of 12"subs. still got the stock head unit for now. i think next on the list is dropping it a little lower and adding some 18in black rims with polished lip.

***n loving the sunroof will be watching this thread hopfully have my sv8 by november can u fill the gap in the bumper where the towbar goes il be cursing if i cant get rid of it lol

the towbar is still there. its the very tip of the tongue sticking out. i dont want to remove the towbar because i may need to use it and will take 10 mins to set up again. i put the cover back on but woulnt fit with the after market design. so i carefully cut out a rectangle in it so the cover would fit (and look a hell of a lot neater) i can happily live with a little bit showing. better that a gaping hole.
but yeah if you buy one with a tow bar, just remove it and buy the cover. problem fixed

hahah nice my car might be coming sooner then i expecteed if i get all my tax back im rapped i was thinkn of getn the plates sv8Ls1 bit plain but we shall c if its not takin the sv8 im lookin at has the ss bodykit but no electric windows hahah i cant win
