Turismo SV6
Hey guys, picked this baby up on Monday, it's an addiction to my VX Commodore.
Name: Calem
Location: Townsville
Model: 2005 VZ SV6
Colour: Turismo Blue
Bodykit: Standard SV6
Trans: Automatic
Engine Type: Alloytec 190
Diff: LSD
Wheels: 17" Speedy's, not sure which kind.
Current Mods;
Currently it only has a twin 2 1/4" catback and a set of wheel's.
Future Mods;
Full exhaust, including Pacies and high flow cats
2 hole mod
Lowered on SL King's
Strut Brace
Strut Brace
3.46 Diff
Tune
Also upgrading the headlights to SS's
And some time down the track I'll upgrade the stereo
Pic's are coming, just have to find my camera charger lol.
I haven't stopped driving this car since Monday, it's an absolute dream to drive. And pretty decent on the juice.

Love that colour.
I have to agree with nathg... dump it atleast, dunno if their 16"s? or might just look that way cous of the ride hight. Maybe some bigger rims though
The spoiler doesnt suit it either but thats my opinion lol
nice ride though mate, well done! and welcome to JC

Yeah it rides like a truck atm lol. Lowering her will be the first thing I'll be doing.
I don't love the spoiler either, but i really don't like the look of them without the spoiler, seams likes something's missing (obviosuly lol).
The catback is a little weak to be honest, it's really boomy down low with a bit of drone, but I'll see how it sounds with cats and pacies, hopefully it'll be a lil more grunty.
We ordered a spare airbox today, so will be trying the 2hole mod over the weekend.

I love that colour. Not a big fan of the chrome. Has been said but the rims could be a little bigger. Let us know how the 2-hole mod goes

Nearly finished the 2 Hole mod, just want to paint it so it looks more genuine lol.
I've got a bit of a problem though, i have bought the genuine VZ Strut Brace, but the bitch will not fit on. I jacked the front of the car, and still wouldn't fit.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Mine didn't sit first and then I gave it a jiggle and it slotted straight on. Didn't need jacking at all. Have't heard of this problem as yet, it should slot straight on.

your supposed to have the wheels off the ground when you fit them so the strut towers relax.
make sure you check the bolts are still tight after a couple of drives.
