im running 3.46LSD, good noticable increase, freeway sits about 2100rpm at 105km/h

    freeway economy was still 7.4L/100km

so i can recommend that or if you have more money 3.7's would be allright i guess, depends on the sort of driving you do,

ive found the 3.46 alot better with cruise control, it tended to cog swap a fair bit with the 3.08, 3.46 has really smoothed it out

if your after acceleration go 3.7's 3.9's are use less to much wheel spin, no point having 3.9's if you can only launch at part throttle anyway.

I'm running 3.9's in the VZ SV6 5spd and they're much much better for acceleration. haven't really had too many issues with wheelspin from launch either...unless its wet, then it keeps trying to go sideways until you hit 4th lol. sits at about 2500rpm at 100kmph but I don't really do a lot of highway driving so not an issue

They would be, given your stock ratio was 2.8...

What were the VZ SV6 stock? im looking into getting these changes when i put the SV6 in for a VCM tune.

    So 3.7s would do well?

P.S. where would i look into buying a set, and would i be able to get them put in by whom ever does my tune?

thats the go, i wouldnt be worried about wheel spin, irs and a 4sp auto will kill that chance pretty easily,

unless you keep it a single spinner with 3.9's which you arnt, lsd will keep you happy with 3.9s's just be carefull on corners in the wet with the lsd though lol, mine gets real happy with 3.46

this be a 5-speed. That change anything, or you still think 3.46?
