Interior lights replacement help!!

This is the main interior light.

I got the plastic covers off-gently with no damage...but geez, Im having trouble pulling out the globes.

Any tips or advice from the panel would be greatly appreciated.

I know what you mean

i took out the whole light ( only two screws )and did it on the table as it easier than working upside down
it helps of you got some one with small fingers 'and the globes on have to be turned a 1/4 of a turn then pull out

I was thinking about the whole hog.

I wonder why the general has made a meal of this area?
