vz sv6 alarm

hey guys, i just bought an 05 vz sv6 and when i lock it with the key button it makes a loud ass noise with the horne.. does anyone know hpw to silence it or anything???

when u start the car go in to option menu press up button on trip computer when it says to then press mode till u find it say indicators and horn then press up or down till it says indicators

yeah mate i'v done that but it still does it.. but only when i lock it not when i unlock it!!

one of the doors or boot or bonnet will be playing up either not locking or switch playing up so its doing it to let you know something is wrong

Mine will chirp when it has not locked all the doors properly.

Yeah the car should do 3 quick chirps if any doors are open when you try and lock it (extremely annoying).

The single horn chirp is an Option (Another annoying one), which can be swtiched off in the dash menu.

my sv6 last night set the alarm off for no reason and it doesnt show the alarm was set off on the display any ideas??? i tried to set it off by each door to see if it was a short then noticed the boot or bonnet does set it off ever any ones else do that???

We can't get the horn to go when a door is NOT locked properly. VZ Acclaim Wagon.

Any suggestions as to how we can make the horn go? Thanks!
