Default Can you default the traction control to OFF on startup?

Anyone know if you can get a VZ SV6 to default to traction control OFF on startup? Some traction control systems are good - this one isn't.

    Cheers guys
    Andrew

Yeah, I automatically press it every time i start up my car.

Once you do it a few times, it just becomes habit.

Well it kicks in for VERY minor traction loss and then takes a few seconds to disengage - very dangerous especially if you are turning right into a main road and have traffic coming at you.

If it kicked out as quickly as it kicked in it would be great but it doesn't.

Anyone know if this can be done?

Damn, I wish I knew about that when I had the VY SS. The T/C in that used to piss me off as well.

yeh mate he probs changed it from a normally closed contact to a normally open contact on the relay.

so it would be a start to look for the relay, unless ofcourse it doesnt use a relay n its done by electronics, which i suppose it probably is, in which case its alot harder lol.
