Custom billet aluminium vz grills

Hi guys,

I'm in the process of designing a custom billet aluminium grill for my '05 vz acclaim,
It'll be just like the chev grill but without the chev badge,

I was wondering if anyone was able to get access the dimensions of the stock acclaim grill and pass the information on to me.

any information will be really helpful and much apprieciated,

I have a stock acclaim, what dimensions exactly are u after.

i will try and get time to take a pic and put some measurements on it

i might also be keen for one just want to see how it looks first

yeh just the outside measurements along the straight parts, the height measured in the middle, and the height, length and depth of the bar that goes across the front.

i need enough measurements so i can do a 3d model of it

Hey guys,

In the design process of the grills and need ideas for the design,
if anyone is interested/wants to buy one/wants some input please let me know,
i will be doing a series of grills from a full on grill where no cutting of existing grills is required just remove old holden one and install new one, to an additional piece where you cut out the holden/chev logo, cross bars and mesh and clip it into place.

any ideas/sketches of grill designs will be greatly appreciated.

i got the measurements mate but been way to busy to put them on a pic etc.

it is a little hard to get a idea of shape and size from the measurements so i would really recommend getting one so u can see it and model off it

come to think of it why did you want one from an acclaim, they are the same as every other one arent they
