A 97 VS Executive should be live axle. Take a photo of underneath of the back of the car if you want us to confirm...

not to lower a car properly, safely and legally. thats pretty cheap, suspension is what keeps u on the road and is very important, wheels and brakes are nothing without proper suspension have changed my setup 3 times so far spent well over 3k and gettin minor changes made again soon

You say its lowered already, do you know what springs and shocks you already have??

I put peddars greys in mine, tucks nice and rides smooth, all the benwefits of lowering and still none of the BS, although you will have to roll your guards if your offset is out a fraction.. cost me $300 for all four corners, with a wheel balance
